1. Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• By confirming the age gate you declare under your own responsibility that you meet this requirement.
• If you are not yet 18, you must leave immediately and may not return until you are of legal age.
• A stronger age verification layer (payment provider / ID check) will be introduced at public launch.

2. Nature of Content

• SativaExperience delivers AI-generated interactive adult fiction. All scenarios, personas, dialogues, and generated images are fictional.
• Nothing on this platform constitutes real persons, real relationships, real therapy, real hypnosis, or real medical advice.
• Content is created by AI systems and is intended exclusively as adult entertainment for consenting adults.
• All depictions are of adult characters. Any request for content involving anyone who has not reached the legal age of majority will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Closed Beta Terms

• Access is granted only to invited participants. Your invite code or account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must not share your access credentials, beta code, or magic-link email with any other person, especially not with anyone who has not reached the legal age of majority.
• The service may be unstable, interrupted, or change significantly during the beta period.
• Credits issued during the beta are managed manually by the operator. Credit balances may be adjusted, added, or reset at any time for operational reasons.
• Beta access does not guarantee future access, pricing, or service continuity.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use this service to request, generate, or attempt to generate content involving anyone who has not reached the legal age of majority, in any sexual or explicit context.
• You may not attempt to extract real personal data from the AI or use outputs to harass, defame, or harm any real person.
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the access gate, credit system, or safety filters.
• You may not share generated content publicly in a way that violates applicable law or platform guidelines of third-party services.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

SativaExperience is provided "as is" during the closed beta. The operator makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service during the beta phase.

AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected, incoherent, or inconsistent. This is a known characteristic of generative systems and does not constitute a defect.

6. Data and Privacy

• Session content and account data are stored securely on EU-based infrastructure.
• Your email address (for Supabase accounts) is used only for authentication.
• Session logs may be retained for safety review and quality improvement.
• A full Privacy Policy will be published before public launch.

7. Crisis and Safety

If at any point during a session you experience genuine distress or are in a crisis situation, please stop the session and reach out for real support.
