Content Rules

1. Age requirement

• You must be 18 years of age or older to access any content on this platform.
• The age gate confirmation is a legal declaration. Providing a false declaration is a breach of these terms.
• Stronger age verification will be introduced at public launch via payment provider identity checks.

2. Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited regardless of context, framing, or fictional justification:

• Every character and persona is a consenting adult. Any request, prompt, or scenario suggesting that a character has not reached the legal age of majority is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting.
• No illegal content. Content that would be illegal to produce, distribute, or possess in Germany or the user's jurisdiction is prohibited.
• No real-person impersonation. You may not request scenarios depicting real, identifiable individuals in sexual or explicit contexts without documented consent. This applies to public figures, private individuals, and other users of the platform.
• No content designed to harass, defame, or harm a real person.
• A narrow set of additional categories restricted by law and by our payment provider's rules. These restrictions are specific and limited; they do not extend to ordinary fictional dominance, submission, obedience, or resistance roleplay within a scene, which remains fully permitted (see section 4).

3. Generated image rules

• All generated images depict adult fictional characters only. No real person's likeness is intentionally reproduced.
• No visible depiction of the user/client in generated images. Images show the AI persona only.
• Secondary adult characters may appear in story-driven scenarios where the narrative requires it, as long as all depicted characters are explicitly adult and fictional.
• Generated images are created by third-party AI image providers and are subject to their content policies in addition to ours.
• If an image generation request is rejected by the provider's safety filter, the scene will proceed without an image and credits for the image component will be refunded automatically.

5. AI safety filters

The underlying AI providers (Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, and others) apply their own content policies in addition to platform-level rules. Some requests may be blocked or modified by provider-level safety systems. This is expected behaviour and does not constitute a platform error.

SativaExperience does not attempt to circumvent provider safety filters. Attempts by users to do so are a breach of these terms.

6. Reporting violations

If you encounter content that you believe violates these rules (including unexpected outputs from the AI system), please report it to the operator. Prompt, accurate reporting helps improve the platform for all users.

7. Payment provider compliance

SativaExperience is for fictional adult-only consensual roleplay. Requests outside our content rules, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, or platform policies are not permitted. Attempts to bypass these rules may result in warnings, account review, suspension, or termination. Limited compliance logs may be processed to detect abuse, enforce our terms, protect the service, and satisfy payment-provider requirements.
